Here is an example of how a quick look on google street view can help improve a design. By looking, I discovered that the 'Suites' were set up like a row of duplexes. So I placed the numbers in little houses, divided and arranged as they appear on the street. With the street's name in a white band, like you may find on some maps. I don't know if this is the final approved design yet, but I feel it does express the information well.
