RTP Trucking Logo

Here is the new logo for RTP Trucking.
The large K in trucking is no accident. Ray, the owner has 4 children. when he named the company he only had 3, so R,T & P. The 4th, luckily started with a letter that's in trucking, 'K'. And it makes for  a nice visual  joke of Truc King. The mountains and the trees are because of the area we live in, and the logs and wood that he would typically be hauling. In most cases this logo will appear with the lettering in chrome. and as I can't just make chrome materialize out of your screen, it is mildly simulated in the smaller logos.

A popular way of racers saying thank you to there sponsores is a sandwich board that they display in the pit. Here are some recent graphics done for 2 racers. they were 2ft by 3 ft, placed into a metal frame, and affordably priced.

Heritage Trail Signs for the City of Prince George, 2011

In the continuing effort of the Prince George Heritage Commission, in conjunction with 'The Exploration Place' and The Prince George Library, the Down Town Prince George Heritage Trail has has the additions of the following signs. We invite all to come down town and see the corresponding locations.

PGMA Award Plates

This is a new design for the PGMA's Race Award Plaques.

Category changed for each. and date: 18th and 19th.

Prince George Motocross Association Logo

The First Round.(Rejected). They wanted a rider they could recognize.

This logo features not only my illustration work, (*Big Smile*) but a few of the Adobe Illustrator tricks I picked up over the years. The logo uses a very simple font choice, Impact. I chose Impact because it has become the go-to font for doing names and numbers on motocross plates and graphics. Green, is because it's for Prince George, BC. And right now (motocross season) it is green as can be everywhere. Brown is for the dirt. Grey is neutral, in an area I do not want too much attention. And the red is for contrast, impact, and some racing classed have red numbers.

BCMA Prize Bike Raffle

This is the design we created for the BCMA (British Columbia Motorcycle Association)'s Raffle Bike.
Get your tickets at a variety of BC Suzuki Dealer ships.

And here is the actual bike. I especially like the number plates. *Pats self in the back.*
I'm not sure why they didn't place the part over the air box.

Prince George Heritage Signs 2010

The City of Prince George is putting up heritage information signs in specific locations around town. 

Another designer here at printwerx, and myself worked on this project.

The arrow points left or right, depending on which side you are standing on.

Top, is the final sign , installed next to the highway, right at the turn off you take to get to their sales lot.

YellowHead & PineValley's Golfing Award Plaques

Yellowhead Grove's Award Plaques: 

Golfing Award Plaques for YellowHead Grove Golf Course. Same client as Pine Valley Golf course, thus the reason they look the same.

The putting champion was changed to a joint award between the two courses, so this design replaced the farther above putter's award.
