StoneChips Logo Redesign

A local Band "stone chips" requested some decals done up. As part of the process I redesign of their logo. Their initial concept is still there, but this design is much more refined.

KD Towing Logo

The first thought might be to turn the K in this logo into the hitch from a tow truck, but the client prefered I didn't. so... i used some influence from the owners stock car racing and ended up with this colorful option.

Mainline RV & Marine Logo (unused)

Here is a logo I did up for Mainline RV and Marine, in Rosetown. The project was dropped in the shuffling of staff, so it may have gone through another round of changes before the final. I enjoyed doing it so I decided to post it.

Big Bear Paw Outfitters Logo

Hunting outfitters in Manitoba, specializing In but not limited to black bear hunts.

Umami Pho Bowl

The main font was selected by the client, and a few other guidelines of interest, then I put something magical together. I actually had one where the background circle was larger, and I thought it worked very well, but it would not have worked for the sign application it was needed for. So the circle shrank, and a wider emphasis was created. on my screen the green looked a little different, so I hope it still comes across as intended.

Five Star Excavating logo

Sometimes you go through the process, and you still end up with simple. Here is what I came up with for Five Star Excavating out of Saskatoon. Just don't confuse it with 5 star binders, their logo has serifs.

RTP Trucking Logo

Here is the new logo for RTP Trucking.
The large K in trucking is no accident. Ray, the owner has 4 children. when he named the company he only had 3, so R,T & P. The 4th, luckily started with a letter that's in trucking, 'K'. And it makes for  a nice visual  joke of Truc King. The mountains and the trees are because of the area we live in, and the logs and wood that he would typically be hauling. In most cases this logo will appear with the lettering in chrome. and as I can't just make chrome materialize out of your screen, it is mildly simulated in the smaller logos.

'The Gas Masked Man' new logos

These are some new logos for The Gas Masked Man'. it's a more appropriate style for the direction I would like to take the brand. I would describe the gas masked man as a psychopathic steampunk western with old world morals. see more of this style in my Illustratuon Blog.

Tsay Keh Dene Outfitters Logo

Custom logo and illustration for a hunting outfitter (and guides)

I am thinking I'll play around with the elements in this one, and make some T-shirt ideas. check back later.

Carl Kuster Mountain Park Logo and Sled Design 1

The Jalapeno is not mine, but the CKMP is a redesign of mine.
They originally had  a similar mountain, I just made it work as a lighting bolt too.

Myatovic Bros. Logging Logo - Redrawn

I have been wanting to redraw this logo for a while now. It just never reproduced to a quality that I was happy with. So I finally found the time, mostly while watching TV, to redo the illustration. It is now submitted for approval to the company in question. It was complete Spec, but I just had to do it.

These are the first round of ideas sent for Video Nexus, based on their old logo (name changed).

963 Racing

Off Road Trucks Team Logo. Intended to have a look look like the Z74 Off-Road Logo seen on some Chevy trucks.

Get the Werx

The evolution of a companies identity. Here is something we will likely be pushing for the next year or 2. Even more so If next season we can offer replacement plastics and stands. Fingers crossed for the whole package deal.

And this is me working on expanded logo ideas. Nothing official for the logo yet.
The workmark however is going to stay the same.

Prince George Motocross Association Logo

The First Round.(Rejected). They wanted a rider they could recognize.

This logo features not only my illustration work, (*Big Smile*) but a few of the Adobe Illustrator tricks I picked up over the years. The logo uses a very simple font choice, Impact. I chose Impact because it has become the go-to font for doing names and numbers on motocross plates and graphics. Green, is because it's for Prince George, BC. And right now (motocross season) it is green as can be everywhere. Brown is for the dirt. Grey is neutral, in an area I do not want too much attention. And the red is for contrast, impact, and some racing classed have red numbers.

Monolith Guild Logo

This logo was all fine and dandy, until realization that I misspelled monolith.

So here is the new logo. New and improved. Now with more sparkle.
